Help fight to prevent CalTrans from building unsightly sound walls along Highway 13 in the Oakland Hills. The sound walls will end up bouncing sound up into the hills creating more noise for more residents. There is also no solid evidence that the sound walls will significantly reduce noise for residents directly adjacent to the highway! Let's find a better, cheaper alternative such as sound proofing, or additional vegetation, and let's preserve the trees and keep Highway 13 a scenic highway!
