One of his jokes: The Sergeant told the Private to go out and shoot the General's Horse. The Private reported back that the thing was done. Later the General came in and asked the Sergeant if his horse had been shod. The Sergeant said, did he say SHOD!

Another; How do you get a horse out of the bath tub? Pull the plug out!
